Cancelation policy: Last minute cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on my ability to serve my clients. Please allow 24 hours for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in a $50 fee.

Clients who arrive late are not guaranteed a full service. We will do our best to accommodate clients. However, if time does not allow, the service will be cut short by the time late. If the client is too late to receive the service, they are charged a $50 fee. In order to schedule an appointment, clients must provide credit card information to be kept securely on file. If our cancellation policy is not honored, the card on file will be charged accordingly. Please note: We reserve your service with a credit card and charge cancellation fee if applicable, but we do not charge credit card until after service. If you’re using a credit card bring identification. We also take zelle, Venmo and cash (4% discount for all purchases using cash.)

Refund policy: There are no returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

The health and safety of our clients, and myself is very important. Hygiene standards for the treatment studio, products and tools have always been my top priority. As such, we have put additional measures in place to ensure we are able to serve clients in the safest way possible. These include:

-Only the client is allowed in the treatment room.

-No children or other guests allowed.

-Regularly disinfecting the treatment room as usual with hospital-grade disinfectant products between each client.

-Weekly deep cleanings of my treatment room thoroughly with hospital-grade cleaners containing antibacterial disinfecting agents.

​-If you feel sick PLEASE stay home. We can reschedule your services for a later date.

A day before your appointment you will receive a text with a consultation/ intake form. Please fill out the form and submit it before your appointment is confirmed.
