Frequently asked questions:

Do you accept walk ins? We do not accept walk ins as we are by appointment only. We do tend to book out so it’s best to schedule in advance.

What payments do you accept? We accept credit cards, Venmo, Zelle or cash (4% discount for all purchases using cash)

Is there parking? Parking is limited on weekdays, give yourself extra time.

Are extractions included in the facials? Yes. Extractions are included in all of our facials.

​

What facial should I book? If you are a new client and not sure what facial to book, the  Holistic Customized Facial will be the best to start for any skin types or concerns. 


Is a consultation included?

Yes, a consultation is included before every facial.

How should I prepare before my appointment? If you are using Retin-A stop 7 days before your appointment and avoid any exfoliant products 72 hours before your appointment. Don’t wear makeup. You will receive a consultation form via text a day before your appointment. Please fill it out and submit it. This gives me a better understanding of your skin before your facial.

How often should I get a facial?

Generally, facials are recommended once a month. However, we can discuss your specific needs, desires outcome and schedule together.
